This is a recording of an AILA University Video Roundtable, free for members, hosted on Friday, September 10 at 1:00 pm Eastern.
What every firm needs to go “less paper” to paperless is uniform naming conventions. Some firms have made this an art form, naming every singled document precisely and keeping files in a pristine manner so that nothing gets lost and everything is accessible to all who need it. Nonconformity is unacceptable. Others do a little of this, a little of that, with each person having their own “style” of naming and saving documents and files.
Discussion Topics
- How to Find Your Way to Perfect Naming Conventions?
- What Are Some Premier Examples of Naming Conventions That Work, and Why Do They Work?
- How to Get Your Staff to Buy In and Implement With You
