CLE Credit
AILA has filed for MCLE and specialized credit in appropriate jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record seminar attendance and the CLE code provided via webCLE. Eligible participants can receive up to 1.8 CLE credit hours.
The OnDemand Recording format does not qualify for CLE credit in the following jurisdictions: AR, MO, PR, and TN.

Fazila Vaid (DL), Schaumburg, IL
Fazila Vaid is Co-Chair of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd.’s Immigration Practice Group. She has previously served as Co-Chair of the SSA Liaison Committee and Vice Chair of the Illinois Secretary of State & Attorney General Liaison Committee for AILA’s Chicago Chapter. She is currently a member of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Liaison Committee and Citizenship Committee. Ms. Vaid has been practicing immigration law for two decades.
Maria T. Schneider, Cincinnati, OH
Maria T. Schneider is a partner attorney with Musillo Unkenholt. Ms. Schneider’s practice includes both business– and family-based immigration. She is a member of AILA and the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA). Ms. Schneider founded, and is now the Vice-Chair, of the CBA’s Immigration Law Practice Group and served on the CBA Board of Trustees. Ms. Schneider is also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She received her J.D. at the University of Cincinnati (2009).
Romy Kapoor, Atlanta, GA
Romy Kapoor is managing partner of Kapoor Luther & Loftman Immigration Partners. Romy has spoken and written extensively on a broad range of immigration issues, both nationally with AILA and for the State Bar of Georgia. He served as an elected director to AILA's Board of Governors, as a chair of the GA-AL Chapter, and on AILA's DOL Liaison Committee, Business Immigration Committee, and various conference committees. Romy has been named to the "Georgia Super Lawyers" and "Best Lawyers in America" lists each year since 2006, and is cited in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.
