Join this interactive roundtable led by Dr. Franca Baroni and Susan Partnow and discover how to be a more effective citizen beyond polarization and handle difficult political conversations with calm integrity. In our deeply polarized country, political conversations—immigration, elections, COVID-19, abortions, climate, and more—can quickly become charged and challenge our capacity to keep inner calm.
How do we break this toxic cycle to move towards a more effective citizenry? Learn how to handle your emotional triggers so you can have courageous and effective political conversations while keeping your inner calm and contributing to the health of our country with integrity.
This Roundtable will involve interactive Zoom break-out rooms. It is scheduled for 90 minutes instead of the typical 60 minute Roundtable format.
- Understand The Physiology of Our Political Opinions to Expand Our Capacity for Difficult Conversations
- Discover the Science of Coherence & Power of Our Physiological Hearts to Enhance Our Citizens Skills
- Practice Effectively Managing Emotional Triggers During Challenging Political Conversations
- Experience the Power of Giving and Receiving Compassionate Listening to Depolarize and Open Hearts
