This roundtable is presented by the Federal Court Litigation Section. Members are encouraged to join the Federal Court Litigation Section if they have not already, and section membership is free.
The Trump administration targeted and scapegoated immigrants. Its harsh enforcement policies eviscerated human rights protections and created a deportation machine. This Roundtable will discuss the Biden administration's efforts to build an immigration system that values human rights and the important contributions immigrants make to America, including how a variety of factors facing the Biden administration may impact federal court cases and strategies.
