The AILA Global Migration Section (GMS) presents this panel discussion on the global migration impact of the Ukraine crisis. The panelists will address the critical issues of navigating global mobility in times of conflict, such as the need for in depth knowledge of immigration laws; admission and entry requirements; carve outs and exceptions to residence and work permit requirements for refugees fleeing conflict to neighboring (and other) countries; and the need to respond quickly to urgent client requests. The panelists will include attorneys and AILA International Associates representing Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria.
