The AILA Global Migration Section (GMS) welcomes you to its first Quarterly Section Call of 2023, featuring a joint discussion with the AILA overseas chapters about U.S. Third Country National (TCN) visa processing. This call will feature a number of International Associates from “hot” TCN jurisdictions who will discuss the entry and visa requirements of their respective jurisdictions. The section will also provide updates and field questions from participants.
