How Extraordinary Does Someone Need to Be to Move Seamlessly on a Global Scale?

The AILA Global Migration Section (GMS) welcomes you to the next Quarterly Section Call of 2022. Countries compete to attract the best and brightest, and attorneys know that there’s a global race for talent, but how extraordinary does someone really need to be in order to get a visa? During this GMS Section Call, speakers will discuss:

  • Existing Visa Options That Attract Individuals with Extraordinary Ability (e.g., Creative Artists, Technology Experts, Athletes, and Hospitality Workers)
  • How Easy Is It to Secure These Types of Visas?
  • Can Individuals with “Extraordinary” Status Fast Track to Settlement?
  • Timing and Limitations
  • Options for Family Members

The section will also provide updates and field questions from participants. Though developed for AILA Global Migration Section members, this meeting is open to all AILA members.
