Panelists discuss advanced issues relating to PERM/green card strategies and provide drafting samples for the issues that arise on the PERM ETA-9089. Other topics to be discussed include strategies for PERM filings with nonimmigrant max outs, lengthy prevailing wage determination processing times, the impact of layoffs and corporate mergers and acquisitions, and changes in the work location in the middle of the PERM process.
