After the prevailing wage is received, the next step is the required prefiling recruitment process. The employer tests the U.S. labor market to determine if there are any able, willing, available, and qualified U.S. workers for the position to be offered to the foreign national. The sponsoring employer must conduct the recruitment campaign in accordance with the regulations, and they must understand the timing requirements. During this seminar, our expert panelists will walk you through this essential part of the PERM process.

Featured Topics:

  • Considerations when listing minimum requirements for the position
  • Optimizing or determining appropriate recruitment venues
  • Best practices for advising employers regarding candidate evaluation
  • Final considerations before submitting ETA Form 9089
