This advanced-level CLE conference focuses on arts and entertainment as well as athletics, science, and business. Experienced panelists explore immigration issues routinely faced in these practice areas, providing practical guidance on how to avoid common pitfalls and overcome the latest hurdles, as well as discussing how these options have become viable alternatives to other more restricted categories.
A second track explores the latest employment-based immigration hot topics. How to expedite other nonimmigrant visa appointments, thinking outside the box, deep dive into B-1 visas, how to prepare nonimmigrant waiver applications and what fits in EB-2.
This one-day conference, to be held October 12, 2021, in Las Vegas, NV, will feature two tracks.
ACES Track: The expert panelists in this track will focus on advanced issues facing practitioners.
Business Hot Topics Track: This track will cover the latest hot topics in employment-based immigration including National Interest Exceptions and will also cover alternatives to O’s and P’s.
