This virtual conference, presented in partnership by AILA National and the AILA Global Migration Section (GMS) is designed to focus on the state of global immigration as redefined by the COVID-19 pandemic. The expert panelists will provide attendees with the most current information on the cosmic storm of global immigration changes driven by the pandemic. They also will focus on the redesigned workplace, the increasingly electronic practice of global immigration law, best practices in emergency responses to assist marooned assignees, ethical global immigration practice during a crisis, and the reinvention of global immigration practice resulting from COVID-19.

AILA will administer CLE credit to individuals who download this recording through Agora only; the invoice is used as a form of CLE verification.
AILA has filed for MCLE and specialized credit in appropriate jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record session attendance and the CLE codes provided via webCLE. Eligible participants can receive up to 7.0 total credits (including 1 ethics credit) in 50-minute jurisdictions and up to 6.0 total credits (including 1 ethics credits) in 60-minute jurisdictions.
