Everyone knows well-being is vital, but most of us have a hard time knowing where to invest our energy to find wellness. During this roundtable, the Lawyer Well-Being Committee will present their top 20 well-being tips in 20 minutes to give you a variety of tools and routes to wellness. This session will also include Lawyer Well-Being Week Bingo Challenge prizes, gratitude for the work done on well-being this week, and time to reflect on the weeks to come.

This roundtable is presented by the Lawyer Well-Being Committee as a part of Lawyer Well-Being Week.


This roundtable is available only to AILA members and not CLE eligible. AILA University Video Roundtables are free learning opportunities for AILA members provided via a weekly schedule of live video programming for members to come together from across the country and world to discuss hot topics and network with colleagues in the field.
