This is a recording of an AILA University Video Roundtable, free for members, hosted on November 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm Eastern.
This roundtable is an introduction to the real practice of immigration law hosted by the Law Student Engagement Committee. The goal of the roundtable is to help new practitioners and law students decide which area of immigration law better suits them. We will compare the different aspects of practicing immigration law with an emphasis on what it is like practicing in each field and how to succeed. This session will specifically focus on the similarities and differences of business/corporate immigration law and family immigration law.
AILA University Video Roundtables are free learning opportunities for AILA members provided via a weekly schedule of live video programming for members to come together from across the country and world to discuss hot topics and network with colleagues in the field. Video Roundtables are part of AILA University programming and each session is hosted by faculty selected for their expertise.
