What’s Old Is New Again: “Hail Mary” Relief and Creative Lawyering Options That Are Back! - Recording(.MP3)
With all the changes of a new administration, options and avenues for relief that had ceased existing or were significantly limited are now returning. The panelists on this intermediate seminar will discuss all the “last chance” and “Hail Mary” options to give your client a reprieve. Most of these options were not available or sparsely available over the last four years, so our panelists will focus on re-introducing these options and explaining to newer practitioners how to pursue them.
