After litigation and a change in administrations, DOL has delayed implementation of the proposed prevailing wage rule to phase in a new method of wage calculations. However, in July 2021, DOL will publish new annual Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) wage data, including for select new 2018 Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes. The experts on this seminar will discuss the current state of play regarding prevailing wages, SOCs and O*NET, and the resulting interplay with the revised Form 9141 Application for Prevailing Wage Determination released in May 2021.
