As consular posts resume operations and more individuals travel to the borders following an uptick in the hiring of foreign nationals, the need for current information has grown immensely. Our panel of experts will provide an update on the “New NAFTA”—the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). They also will discuss current trends at the northern and southern ports-of-entry, as well as at the consular posts in Mexico. In addition, the experts will employ real-world examples to demonstrate how to resolve problems and/or prevent them prior to submitting a TN application.
