Discussion Topic:
Let's face it. Law practice is stressful, even more so during this pandemic. And lawyers as a group have some pretty bad stats on how we handle that stress. "Mindfulness"—an often-misunderstood buzz word in our modern culture—actually refers to several scientifically-validated mental practices that have been demonstrated to help us be more present, attentive and responsive to the inevitable stress we experience in our lives and law practices. During this interactive session you will learn several mindfulness practices that with a little persistence will help you create a healthier relationship to the stress that "comes with the job."
