Learn how to determine which agency maintains jurisdiction over adjustment of status for arriving aliens in removal proceedings and with outstanding removal orders. Panelists also will provide an update on the ever-shifting landscape of adjustment of status for TPS holders who travel abroad with advance parole under INA §244(f)(3).
