Our panel of experts will provide an update on recent trends in O and P processing. They also will offer case preparation recommendations for artists, entertainers, athletes, and entrepreneurs. In addition, key technical areas of the O and P petition process will be addressed, including itineraries, deal memos, and agent filings. Finally, our experts will provide practical tips on presenting cases in the current adjudication environment, paying particular attention to the impact of COVID-19 and the new Public Charge rule.

AILA has filed for MCLE and specialized credit in appropriate jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record seminar attendance and the CLE code provided via webCLE. Eligible participants can receive up to 1.8 CLE credit hours.
