Faculty

Mr. Stuart J. Reich is the Principal of the Law Offices of Stuart J. Reich, PLLC (founded 2003), and has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 1995. He is currently Co-Chair of the New York Chapter’s Corporate Practice Committee and the New York County Lawyers’ Association’s Immigration and Nationality Committee. He has previously served as Co-Chair of the Media and Advocacy Committee, the Corporate Practice Committee and Technology Committee for AILA’s New York Chapter. Mr. Reich speaks on immigration topics frequently for AILA, New York County Lawyers’ Association, and LawLine and has been named a “New York Super Lawyer” (2011-present), with an AVVO 10/10 rating. He is a Graduate of Allegheny College and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and is admitted in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.


Fazila Vaid is Co-Chair of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd.’s Immigration practice. She assists multinational corporations and business professionals with temporary and permanent residence matters, including a full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including PERM applications and I-140 petitions. Fazila provides strategic advice to employers on a wide range of immigration issues, including I-9 compliance and audits, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, complex Requests for Evidence, nonimmigrant visa waivers, and short and long-term immigration options for corporations and individuals. She has been practicing immigration law exclusively for nearly two decades, and represents clients from a wide variety of industries.


Josune Aguirre is a graduate of Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in the state of California. Ms. Aguirre’s U.S. immigration experience includes assisting clients with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories as well as family-based immigration matters and removal defense. Specifically, Ms. Aguirre has worked on a variety of immigration and nationality matters as well as asylum, U visa, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions. Ms. Aguirre has worked with organizations advocating for accessible immigration services to all underrepresented immigrants, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) clinics, the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and Southwestern Law School’s Small Claims clinic.
