CETA: Approved Labor Mobility for Canadian and European Union Nationals?
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) came into force provisionally on September 21, 2017, which will be fully implemented once all EU Member States ratify the agreement. One of CETA's aims is to encourage investment by making it easier for the temporary transfer of key staff as well as the travel of business investors between Canada and the EU. Our panel will take a closer look at CETA's corporate immigration impact and include speakers from both Canada and various EU jurisdictions.
