Advanced EADs: During and After Removal Proceedings - Recording (.MP3)
The rules of eligibility for an employment authorization document (EAD) for individuals in removal proceedings, appealing a denial of relief to the BIA, or under an order of supervision before Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), can be complicated. Our panel of experts will discuss strategies for helping clients apply for, and receive, their EADs whether they are before EOIR, the BIA, or ERO.
