Maggie Murphy has extensive experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, but she primarily focuses her current practice on employment-based immigration for corporate clients and outstanding professors/researchers, as well as sophisticated immigration-related compliance work for employers of all sizes. Ms. Murphy has expertise in managing PERM campaigns for employers and in developing cost-effective strategies for companies and organizations interested in hiring professional foreign workers. She has organized massive I-9 and LCA compliance programs for Fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Murphy is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a frequent speaker on business-related, immigration compliance topics and has leadership roles in several state and national sections and committees.

Gregory A. Wald, San Francisco, CA
Gregory A. Wald is partner with Squire Patton Boggs in San Francisco where he directs the firm's Northern California immigration practice. From 1997 to 2000, he served as an Assistant District Counsel for the Legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Miami and San Francisco districts. Mr. Wald previously served as chair for the AILA Northern California Chapter in 2010-11 and as a member of the AILA OCAHO Liaison, Verification & Worksite Enforcement Liaison, Distant Learning, and Bylaw Committees. He currently serves on the AILA SSA/DMV/SAVE Taskforce.

Carrie Ziegler Thomas, Milwaukee, WI
Carrie Ziegler Thomas is a senior associate with the Milwaukee immigration law firm of Grzeca Law Group, S.C. She represents a wide variety of companies and their employees in all facets of employment-based immigration law. Ms. Ziegler Thomas was named as a Wisconsin Law Journal "Up and Coming Lawyer" in 2012. She has been a speaker at multiple business immigration law presentations to other attorneys, clients, international educators, and students. She is also dedicated to providing pro bono assistance at Marquette University's legal clinic.
