American companies have operated overseas for over two centuries. However, the rapid pace at which modern U.S. companies are globalizing and seeking to do business in newer locations—e.g., India, China, Russia, and countries in Africa and South America—is unprecedented. These companies are eager to track the movement of their employees, so they seek “one-stop-shops” that can provide the companies with seamless services, including regular and comprehensive reports.
