Judy Bordeau (DL), Overland Park, KS
Judy Bordeau is the managing attorney of Bordeau Immigration Law, LLC, which focuses on employment-based cases (H-1B, PERM, OPR, NIW, and Conrad Waivers). The firm represents a number of universities, hospitals, and corporate clients in immigration matters. She is actively involved with AILA, having served on the AILA Business Immigration Committee and the AILA DOL Liaison Committee. Ms. Bordeau also served for many years as moderator of the AILA PERM forum and is a frequent speaker at national, regional, and local events.

Cyrus D. Mehta, AILA Ethics Committee Chair, New York, NY
Cyrus D. Mehta, a graduate of Cambridge University and Columbia Law School, is the managing member of Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, PLLC, in New York City. Mr. Mehta is the current chair of AILA's Ethics Committee; special counsel on immigration matters to the Departmental Disciplinary Committee, Appellate Division, First Department, New York; and is a member of the ABA Commission on Immigration Advisory Committee. Mr. Mehta is the former chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council and former chair of the Committee on Immigration and Nationality Law of the New York City Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker and writer on various immigration-related issues, including ethics, and is also an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches a course entitled "Immigration and Work." Mr. Mehta received the AILA 2011 Michael Maggio Memorial Award for his outstanding efforts in providing pro bono representation in the immigration field.

Alexander Dgebuadze is a founding partner at Sostrin Immigration Lawyers, LLP, in Los Angeles. He focuses on business immigration law, representing clients in academic, automotive, entertainment, healthcare, R&D, and high-technology sectors. Mr. Dgebuadze has served on various AILA committees, writes and presents extensively on advanced immigration law topics, and, most recently, has served as a co-editor for AILA's PERM Labor Certification Survival Guide (2015-16 Ed.). Mr. Dgebuadze is listed in The International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.
