Bias expressed against one class of individuals or another undermines public confidence in our judicial system and the enforcement of immigration laws. The panelist discusses biases that: (1) may cause disparities and disadvantages in the law office and with clients; and (2) affect the judiciary system. The panelist also gives practical insight into addressing and eliminating these biases.
