Paul L. Zulkie is a 1977 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and concentrates his practice in business immigration law. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Zulkie served as president of AILA. Since 2005, he has served as president of the American Immigration Council. Mr. Zulkie is a regular lecturer at local and national continuing legal education seminars on the subject of business immigration and has been named a leading practitioner in the field of immigration law by The Best Lawyers in America. He is the author of Immigration Compliance in Employment and Business which analyzed employer sanctions enforcement and business-related visa issues.

Rebecca R. Massiatte, Dallas, TX
Rebecca R. Massiatte provides personal and dedicated immigration services to a variety of corporations and individuals as well as to non-profit organizations and educational institutions. She also advises corporate clients on a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Ms. Massiatte provides support with developing strategies for workforce compliance, assisting with due diligence and other immigration issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, and addressing and developing I-9 program practices.
