Procedural and Practical Guidance to Get Your Client Through the Gates
This conference will focus exclusively on waivers and will emphasize practical pointers, recent substantive developments, and useful strategies that all practitioners can utilize whether beginner or advanced. The panels will cover waiver usage in removal proceedings, administrative filings, and consular processing and will include ethical considerations. Whether your practice maintains an emphasis on waivers or handles them on an occasional basis this conference should not be missed.
