Vincent W. Lau (DL), AILA DOL Liaison Committee Vice Chair, Boston, MA

Vincent W. Lau is the managing partner of Clark Lau LLC in Boston, Massachusetts and he counsels employers and employees on a range of temporary and permanent immigration options. He speaks regularly at immigration conferences across the country, serves fellow immigration attorneys as one of the Vice Chairs of AILA’s national liaison committee with the U.S. Department of Labor, and developed the curriculum for the business immigration course at New England Law Boston.


Bob White, AILA DOL Liaison Committee, Schaumburg, IL

Bob White is a partner in the Immigration Group of Masuda Funai in its Schaumburg, Illinois office. Bob has been practicing exclusively in the employment-based immigration area for more than 26 years. Bob was previously Chapter Chair of AILA Chicago Chapter. He was also a member of AILA’s Verification Committee and SSA Taskforce. Bob is currently a member of the AILA National’s DOL Liaison Committee.


Tiffany Chang Wu, Irvine, CA

Tiffany Chang Wu is an Associate with Fragomen’s Irvine office, where she provides long-term strategy planning to employers and foreign nationals across a broad range of industries. She is a past chair of the AILA Southern California Chapter. Ms. Wu is a frequent speaker at AILA conferences and local bar association events.


Yvonne A. Toy, San Francisco, CA

Yvonne A. Toy is a Partner at Pearl Law Group, a leading global immigration firm headquartered in San Francisco. With 15 years of experience, Ms. Toy is an expert in complex and creative case strategies for both temporary and permanent work visa matters, and a veteran at guiding in-house mobility teams on immigration program management, best practices, and compliance. Her current clients are leaders in 3D design software, consulting and semiconductor industries. In addition to extensive experience in private practice, Ms. Toy spent several years developing and managing NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s in-house immigration program.

AILA will administer CLE credit to individuals who register for and log or dial into the seminar only. AILA cannot verify your attendance and participation in this program unless you register directly for the seminar and use your own name to login and/or telephone line to participate in the call.
