TN classification permits qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to seek temporary entry into the United States to engage in business activities at a professional level in certain pre-designated jobs. Canadian citizens can apply for TN admission directly at a port of entry or major Canadian airport. Our panel of experts will discuss issues that may arise during adjudications at the border and strategies to help resolve them.

Devin O'Neill is a Senior Attorney at EY Law, LLP representing individuals and businesses on US immigration matters. Previously, Devin was the Regional Protection Officer, Mixed Migration for UNCHR Regional Office for Southern Africa. She is a member of the AILA Canada and Upstate Chapters, serves on AILA's CBP Liaison Committee, and is the AILA Canada Liaison to Pearson CBP. Devin holds a J.D. and an MPH from the University of Michigan Schools of Law and Public Health.
