Diana C. Bauerle received her JD and MBA from Loyola University Chicago. She has served as Vice-Chair of AILA's CSC Liaison Committee and Chair of AILA's NSC Liaison Committee, as well as various other national and local committees, and regularly speaks on immigration issues. She volunteers for community organizations. Ms. Bauerle currently works as in-house corporate counsel for a privately-held company, where her practice of law has expanded to encompass privacy and data protection matters.
Sarah Peterson, AILA Board of Governors/ DOL Liaison Committee Chair, Minneapolis, MN
Sarah Peterson is the founder of SPS Immigration PLLC based in Minneapolis, MN. Her employment-based practice focuses on physicians, high-tech, and academia. Sarah actively participates in AILA on both a local and national level. She currently serves as Chair of AILA’s DOL Liaison Committee and has been an active Elected Director on the AILA Board of Governors since 2012. Sarah has been included in The Best Lawyers in America since 2020, Best Lawyers in Minnesota since 2020, The Best Law Firms since 2021, has been recognized since 2016 as one of 40 Up and Comers in Employment Law by HRE/Law Dragon, is listed in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers since 2014 including selection since 2018 as a ‘Thought Leader,’ and was one of Minnesota’s Lawyer’s Up and Coming Attorneys for 2010. She was a contributing author to AILA’s Business Immigration Law & Procedure, second edition, frequently speaks with the press, and travels internationally to speak on employment-based immigration. Sarah is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Josiah Curtis is a Senior Associate with Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He is past chair of the AILA National New Members Division Steering Committee and currently serves on AILA’s Department of Labor Liaison Committee.
