Jeff Joseph, AILA Administrative Litigation Task Force Vice Chair, Denver, CO
Jeff Joseph is founder and Senior Partner of Joseph & Hall P.C. He is a past Chapter Chair of the Colorado Chapter of AILA and served for 6 years as director on the AILA National Board of Governors. He currently serves as the Vice Chair for AILA’s Administrative Litigation Task Force. In 2004, he received the Joseph Minsky Young Lawyer Award from AILA. In 2009-2020, he was selected for inclusion into the Best Lawyers in America, and in 2016, Best Lawyers named Mr. Joseph as the Best Lawyer in Denver. He is an adjunct professor of immigration law at the University of Denver College of Law.

Amy Maldonado is a solo practitioner at the Law Office of Amy Maldonado handling a wide variety of immigration matters. Ms. Maldonado has been invited to speak at several AILA national and regional conferences, the FBA Immigration Law Conference, the ABA Children’s Rights Litigation Committee and PLI. She has been recognized for her pro bono federal litigation representing detained immigrant families. Ms. Maldonado received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1998).
