Hilary A. Han is a partner at Dobrin & Han, a Seattle immigration law firm. The firm represents non-citizens facing removal before the immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts, as well as immigrants seeking asylum, lawful permanent residence, and naturalization.


Christina Brown, AILA Asylum and Refugee Committee, Denver, CO

Christina Brown is a private immigration attorney in Denver, Colorado. Her law firm handles various types of immigration-related cases, with an emphasis on defensive asylum. Christina is also the founder and executive director of the Colorado Asylum Center, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping those seeking asylum fight for justice. She has chaired the AILA Colorado Asylum Committee for the past three years. She currently sits on the AILA National Asylum and Refugee Committee.


Amanda Doom, Plano, TX

Amanda Doom provides contract services for solo practitioners and is Of Counsel at Oosterhof Law Office, PLLC. She specializes in removal defense and asylum. Her immigration experience includes work with non-profits such as Justice AmeriCorps and Catholic Charities of Dallas, as well as time in private practice. Mrs. Doom received her J.D. from Case Western University School of Law.


Denise Hunter, Washington, DC

Denise Hunter (pronouns: she/her/hers) is Senior Staff Attorney – Immigration at Whitman-Walker Health. She provides direct representation and pro bono mentoring on immigration, name change, and other legal matters affecting the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV. Denise serves on AILA DC Chapter’s Pro Bono, Citizenship Day, and Arlington Asylum Office Liaison Committees. She received her JD from George Washington University Law School and is licensed in DC and MD.
