E visa requirements and adjudications vary from post to post. These variations are increasingly important in a post-"Buy American and Hire American" (BAHA) environment, as attorneys seek to provide the most up-to-date information and strategies for clients. Our panel of experts will discuss advanced E visa issues focusing on the trends at consulates worldwide, including the evolving analysis of "substantial," "marginal," and "essential." They will provide actionable advice on presenting cases at specific consulates as strict documentation limits become the norm. Finally, they will provide tips on avoiding processing landmines.

Featured Topics

  • Consulate-Specific Rules and Tactics
  • Substantiality and Marginality: Is the Standard Evolving?
  • Making Your Case While Complying with Page Limits
  • Uncommon Sources of Funds: Venture Capital Investments, Foreign Company Investments, and Retained Earnings Investments
  • Strategies for Dual Nationals
  • BAHA and Essential Employees
  • The State of Play in New E Visa Countries: Israel and New Zealand

Free Downloadable Seminar Recording Included with Live Registration Included with registration, participants in the live seminar will receive a free downloadable recording of the seminar. It will be available in participant's Agora Digital Library approximately 4-7 business days from the seminar date. Order Recordings
