2019 AILA/GMS Annual Global Immigration Forum
June 17– 18, 2019
Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando™, Orlando, Florida, USA
Hot global immigration topics in the tropics: This conference, presented in partnership by AILA National and the AILA Global Migration Section, will address the latest global immigration issues around the world. The conference will provide attendees with cutting-edge information and practical advice on managing clients’ global mobility needs in an environment of change. Panels will address global immigration challenges, trends and best practices, and for the first time this year, the conference will include a special track on Global Mobility Practice Management. Consular officers from several jurisdictions will be presenting, and attendees will also have a variety of networking opportunities to allow them to connect with fellow immigration practitioners from around the globe.
As the GMS Conference Committee wants to make your stay in Orlando with your international colleagues even more enjoyable, we have planned some extra events to make sure there’s plenty of quality time to be spent together. We have put together the following it’s not only a fun-filled schedule including:
- On Sunday afternoon and evening we will be kicking off with a fun early Casual Sunday Dinner at Vivo Italian Kitchen, which is located on a walking distance of the conference hotel and directly afterwards a visit to the Blue Man Group Show. Register now for the dinner and the show.
- This year's Networking Dinner will take place on Monday, June 17, at the world renowned BiCE Ristorante, at the beautiful Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, overlooking the Harbor Piazza. There we will first enjoy a cocktail reception on the terrace after which we will go inside for a wonderful 4 course dinner. Register now.
- The post-conference Cocktail Reception provides an opportunity to network with fellow global practitioners. Hosted at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, the event is presented free of charge to those who register in advance, courtesy of CMB.
