Registration and attendance at the AILA conferences and events constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events by AILA.

CLE Credits ApprovedThe AILA South Florida Chapter will file for CLE credits in Florida, New York, and Texas. Questions about CLE should be directed towards the South Florida Chapter.

Hotel Accommodations: Conference planners have found that discount hotel sites often provide better rates than the conference sponsor can obtain. Reserve early: Miami hotels can be busy in February and March, which is the high season for visitors. There will be no block of rooms arranged by the conference organizers.
Transportation and ParkingTaxis and Lyft/Uber are accessible from all hotels for transportation to the conference location. The conference venue has excellent parking facilities and charges a modest conference parking fee.

In the event of an emergency at an AILA conference, please follow the following instructions regarding who to contact. Always be aware of your surroundings and be sure to locate emergency exit doors in each room. For immediate assistance, always attempt to contact someone onsite, if it is an emergency, first call 911 and then notify staff. If it is a minor threat and you are unable to locate staff onsite, please contact email@example.com.
