AC19 is where the largest gathering of immigration attorneys in the country come together to exchange strategies, solutions, and resources over four days of learning and nearly 150 sessions and special events. AC19 will provide the support and training needed for success in the year ahead, whether you specialize in asylum, business, removal, or anything in between. Discounts for Multiple Registrants from the Same Firm Bring three or more and save! When you bring a group of three or more attorneys/paralegals from your firm, you save $100 off the registration fee for the third registrant, and any additional registrants. Please note that the first two registrants are required to pay the full registration fee and do not receive any additional discount. Attendance at AILA conferences and seminars is solely restricted to AILA members and their employees, government employees, and nonmember attorneys. Non-attorney attendance is limited to the employees of AILA members in good standing, to HR professionals who have an AILA member reference, employees of accredited educational institutions providing support to international student and scholar services at their employing institutions, and accredited representatives under 8 CFR §292.2. AILA will reject conference registrations from persons who provide representation without authorization in violation of 8 CFR §292.1, such as for-profit "immigration consultants" and notarios."

Registration and attendance at the AILA conferences and events constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events by AILA.

AILA will file for CLE credits for the 2019 Annual Conference in all jurisdictions that have mandatory CLE and legal specialization requirements. Eligible participants can receive up to 34.5 total credits (including up to 9.5 ethics credits) in 50-minute jurisdictions and up to 29 total credits (including up to 8 ethics credits) in 60-minute jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and CLE codes provided at each session via webCLE. Participants seeking CLE credit will be required to submit their attendance of participation via webCLE by Saturday, July 6, 2019, at www.ailawebcle.org. Attorneys are awarded credit based upon the number of session hours they attend at the conference. Attorneys are responsible for accurately tracking and recording the sessions they attend and the relevant CLE codes for CLE reporting. This deadline does not apply to the download format.

Please read the following, in the event of an Emergency at an AILA Conference. In the event of an emergency at an AILA conference, please follow the following instructions regarding who to contact. Always be aware of your surroundings and be sure to locate emergency exit doors in each room. For immediate assistance, always attempt to contact someone onsite, if it is an emergency, first call 911 and then notify staff. If it is a minor threat and you are unable to locate staff onsite, please contact conferences@aila.org.
  • Fire Alarm: Evacuate out of the building if instructed. Do not use elevators.

Registration cancellations received by May 6, 2019, entitle registrants to a full refund. Cancellations received between May 6, 2019 and June 6, 2019, are subject to an administrative charge of $100. No cancellation requests will be accepted after June 6, 2019, but the conference materials will be made available to all registrants in their AILA Agora Digital Libraries. All cancellation requests must be received in writing or email to conferences@aila.org.
