Seasoned and new practitioners alike are playing a greater role providing guidance to employers crafting real-world descriptions, taking into account the many factors that must be considered. Robert H. Cohen (DL), Columbus, OH
Robert H. Cohen is a partner with Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP, in Columbus, OH. He has practiced immigration law for over 38 years; his primary areas of practice include business and family immigration. Mr. Cohen served as the AILA Ohio Chapter Chair and on the DOL and NSC liaison committees. He is currently chair of the USCIS Benefits Committee and past chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council. He received the 2013 Jack Wasserman Award for excellence in litigation in the field of immigration law and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America® for Immigration Law every year since 1995, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Maggie M. Maria del Carmen Ramos is a partner in the Tampa, Florida office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. - 1:00 pm–2:30 pm central time
- 12:00 pm–1:30 pm mountain time
- 11:00 am–12:30 pm pacific time
