Kevin W. Miner (DL), AILA Board of Governors, Atlanta, GA
Kevin Miner is a partner in the Atlanta office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, and works with employers throughout the U.S. on business immigration processes. He has worked closely with the U.S. House and Senate Judiciary Committees to draft key provisions of immigration legislation. Mr. Miner is a co-author of Business Immigration: Law & Practice, 2nd Edition, which is a leading treatise on business immigration matters. He is an Elected Director on the AILA Board of Governors, and serves as a member of the AILA DOL Liaison Committee and the AILA Business Immigration Response Team. Mr. Miner speaks regularly around the country on topics relating to high-skilled immigration.
Sarah K. Peterson, AILA Board of Governors/DOL Liaison Committee Chair, Minneapolis, MN
Sarah K. Peterson is the founder of SPS Immigration PLLC based in Minneapolis, MN. Her employment-based practice focuses on physicians, high-tech, and academia. Sarah actively participates in AILA on both a local and national level. She currently serves as Chair of AILA’s DOL liaison committee and has been an active Elected Director on the AILA Board of Governors since 2012. Sarah was recognized in 2016, 2017, and 2018 as one of 40 Up and Comers in Employment Law by HRE/Law Dragon and is listed in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers since 2014, and specifically noted as a ‘Thought Leader’ in 2018. She was a contributing author to AILA’s Business Immigration Law & Procedure, second edition, frequently speaks with the press, and travels internationally to speak on employment-based immigration. Sarah is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Pamela Partenheimer Mick, Chicago, IL
Pamela Partenheimer Mick is the owner and managing principal of Partenheimer Mick Immigration Law LLC in Chicago. Ms. Partenheimer Mick has been practicing business immigration for more than 18 years. She concentrates her expertise in employment-based temporary visas, employment-based permanent visas, and immigration related compliance. Ms. Partenheimer Mick is an active member of AILA and enjoys writing and lecturing nationally regarding immigration law. She currently serves as chair of AILA’s U.S. Department of Labor Liaison Committee.

- 12:00 pm–1:30 pm mountain time
- 11:00 am–12:30 pm pacific time
