Who can bear the cost? With tight budgets for many employers, there is increasing pressure to rethink spending policies for immigration expenses. This roundtable will examine the rules regarding the payment of attorney, government, and other fees in the immigration process. The panel will also discuss corporate immigration policies as a way to ensure consistent and fair administration of the corporate immigration process.
