Supervised Recruitment: An Expanding Procedure for PERM Applications
Supervised recruitment is an intensive procedure mandated for some PERM applications at the discretion of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The word “supervised” is used because recruitment efforts are selected and approved by DOL and applicants are directed to an address controlled by the Office of Foreign Labor Certifications.
