Michelle L. Lazerow (dl), Rockville, MD
Michelle L. Lazerow practices in the Washington, DC area, primarily in the areas of business, family immigration and naturalization. Ms. Lazerow has served on numerous AILA conference committees, as conference chair, co-chair and committee member. She served on the AILF (currently AIC) Board and chaired the Immigrant Achievement Awards for 13 years. This past year she served on the CBP Liaison Committee (DC Chapter), the AIC Immigrant Achievement Awards Committee and the AILA National Distance Learning Committee.

Helene N. Dang, Houston, TX
Helene N. Dang is a partner with FosterQuan LLP, where she has practiced employment-based immigration law since 2002. She is a graduate of the University of Houston and South Texas College of Law, and frequently provides presentations to corporate clients, HR professionals, businesses, and AILA. Ms. Dang is board certified in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized as a “Texas Rising Star.”

Roger McCrummen, North Kansas City, MO
Roger McCrummen leads the Kansas City area firm, McCrummen Immigration Law Group. He is three time past chair of the Missouri-Kansas Chapter of AILA, has spoken at various past AILA conferences and webinars, including as chair of the 2007 Fundamentals Conference in Boston, and has served as an AILA mentor for business immigration issues for many years. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech University (1979) and an LL.M from New York University (1981).
