This seminar will discuss trends at the consular posts and CBP ports of entry in general, as well as provide specific tips when dealing with particular posts.

Reginald A. (“Reggie”) Pacis is a share holder practicingin Butzel Long’s Detroit office. He joined the State Bar of Michigan in 1997. Mr. Pacis has handled a variety of immigration matters. As amember of AILA he served as chair of the AILA Michigan Chapter from 2003–05. Reggie has presented at several recent AILA National Conferences. He previously served as chair of the CBP Liaison Committee and is presently serving on the USCIS Field Operations Committee.
