KahBo Dye-Chiew opened her own law practice, Law Offices of KahBo Dye-Chiew in February 2008. Her practice focuses on Business Immigration and Nationality Law. She is a member of AILA and has served on the executive committee of the Hawaii Chapter of AILA in various positions, most recently as Chapter Chair. She has given numerous presentations on Immigration Law to organizations including Hawai'i Employer's Council, the Federal Bar Association, Society for Human Resource Management, Sterling Education Services, the University of Hawai'i and Hawai'i Pacific University.

Giselle Carson is a shareholder with Marks Gray P.A. in Jacksonville, FL. Her primary areas of practice are Immigration and Naturalization and Civil Litigation. She is an active member of several professional and community organizations including the Florida and Jacksonville Bar Associations and AILA. She is a member of Leadership Jacksonville (Class of 2005, Board 2008) and of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (President, 2008). Ari J. Sauer, Memphis, TN
Ari J. Sauer is an associate attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser Bland, where his practice is focused on employment and family-based immigration law. Mr. Sauer has served in leadership positions for both the Mid-South and New York Chapters of AILA. He has lectured for AILA, the Federal Bar and the Tennessee Bar. He earned his JD from Cardozo Law School and is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey.
