Diana C. Bauerle received her J.D. and M.B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois, England, and Wales. Ms. Bauerle presently serves as chair of the AILA National Nebraska Service Center liaison committee and is co-chair of the CBP liaison committee for AILA’s Chicago chapter. She formerly served as liaison to the USCIS Chicago district office and was co-chair of the committee on immigration law for the Chicago Bar Association. Sarah Buffett, Charlotte, NC

Sarah Buffett is a partner in the Global Immigration practice group of Moore & Van Allen PLLC. Her practice focuses on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, I-9 compliance and employer sanctions defense. Ms. Buffett routinely counsels clients on the immigration implications of corporate changes and conducts immigration due diligence on corporate transactions. Ms. Buffett is a member of the TSC Liaison Committee, past chair of the New Members Division, and has previously served on the Board of Governors, Business Immigration, DOS and Pro Bono Committees. She is a frequent national speaker on business immigration topics.


Daniel C. Horne, San Francisco, CA

Daniel C. Horne is a senior associate with Jackson & Hertogs LLP in San Francisco where he practices employment-based immigration law with an emphasis on the technology sector. Mr. Horne is a past member of AILA's California Service Center liaison committee, and has spoken at national and regional AILA conferences on a variety of immigration topics.
