Great exposition on the fundamentals
This treatise has been worth every penny. While it does not contain every possible strategic consideration, it gives a great overview of the requirements for each type of visa, and was sufficient to make me competent to consult with clients on visas I have not handled before. I love the checklist of questions to ask the client for each type of visa, and the sections on managing client expectations which detail potential pitfalls. I attribute most of my early successes with business immigration matters to this treatise. It could be made even more useful with a section that reverse engineered the process, so to speak, and gave a list of options to consider for different types of professions.

Doesn't cover EB-5 Visas
For $400, this supposed treatise doesn't cover EB-5 visa work. That's Business Immigration, isn't it. I'm told we all need to buy another AILA book to get that. A lousy deal.
