Ethical Issues in Preparing for the Visa Interview
Join Rome District Chapter members Sal Savatteri (Portland, ME), Shanni Alexandrovitz (Ramat Gan, Israel) and Steve Pattison (Washington, DC) as they discuss preparing your client for the visa interview. Topics include: the consular perspective, ABA Model Rules, defining the difference between “preparing” and "coaching," and ethical considerations.
