Robin Dana O’Donoghue (dl), Cambridge, MA

Robin Dana O'Donoghue has maintained a business and family immigration practice since 1997. Robin served on the Executive Board of AILA’s New England Chapter (2004 to 2010), as Chapter Chair (2008 to 2009). Since 2009, Robin has been serving on AILA’s Business Immigration and Annual Conference Program Committees. Robin graduated from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1991.

Kevin Miner, Atlanta, GA

Kevin Miner is a Partner in Berry Appleman & Leiden’s Atlanta office. Mr. Miner’s practice includes working with clients to develop effective strategies for business immigration while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations. He also has significant experience in H 1B compliance and prevailing wage issues, as well as defense of government audits. Mr. Miner currently serves on the AILA-USCIS Policy and Benefits Committee. He has spoken regularly at seminars regarding immigration developments.

Laurie Snider, Dallas, TX

Laurie Snider is an associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She handles an array of business and family immigration matters including obtaining a variety of nonimmigrant visas and green card applications. Ms. Snider frequently accompanies clients to U.S. consulates abroad to obtain visa stamps. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Snider worked for several years as a Human Resources Manager for an international software company.
