Andrew Wizner is a partner with Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP, where he practices employment-based immigration law. He is chair of the Connecticut AILA/Hartford USCIS Liaison Committee, a former member of AILA’s USCIS Benefits Policy & CIS Ombudsman Liaison Committees, member of the 2007 Board of Governors Nominating Committee, and past chair of the Connecticut Chapter. Mr. Wizner received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is listed as a “Super Lawyer” and in Best Lawyers in America.


Lisa I. Baker, San Francisco, CA

Lisa I. Baker is an associate attorney with Weaver, Schlenger & Mazel. She counsels corporations, universities, research institutes, and other entities and individuals in immigration and nationality law matters. Ms. Baker holds the position of secretary for AILA’s Northern California Chapter, has served on the chapter’s Advisory Council for several years, and has been named by her peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Northern California since 2009 for excellence in immigration law.


Jennifer Minear, Richmond, VA

Jennifer Minear is a director at McCandlish Holton, focusing on physician immigration. She is a frequent panelist at national conferences and the author of articles on physician National Interest Waivers and J-1 clinical waivers for foreign physicians. She sits on AILA's Healthcare Professional/Physicians Committee and is chair of the Agency Liaison Committee for the International Medical Graduate Taskforce, a national coalition dedicated to assisting foreign-born physicians who provide improved healthcare to rural and underserved areas of the United States
