She is a member of AILA and serves on local and national AILA committees. Dree has several published articles and is a frequent speaker on immigration law-related topics. She has a J.D. and Certificate in Law and Public Policy from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College.


David A. Isaacson, New York, NY

David A. Isaacson is an associate at Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, PLLC where he focuses on removal defense, federal appellate litigation, complex family-based and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant cases, and citizenship matters. He received his J.D. in 2004 from Yale Law School, and clerked for the Hon. Leonard B. Sand of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, Mr. Isaacson was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
